UET Hosts Ceremony to Honor it’s Alumni Serving as CSP Officers

The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, Alumni Office, organized a special dinner to honor UET’s alumni who have excelled as CSP officers. The event was attended by UET Vice Chancellor Dr. Shahid Munir, Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Nasir Hayyat, and university deans. The gathering aimed to connect alumni in administrative positions with the university’s current vision, fostering discussions on its growth and stability.

During his remarks, Vice Chancellor Dr. Shahid Munir acknowledged the significant contributions of UET graduates in various fields, including the CSP officers, as a source of pride. “UET engineers have always played a key role in national development,” he remarked. He also announced that on November 22, a major alumni event would be held at UET, expecting over 2,000 alumni. “When former students reunite, they create cherished memories.

These gatherings revive the beautiful journey from student days to reconnecting with alma mater,” he added. The participants pledged to support UET’s progress and stability, which the Vice Chancellor appreciated. During the ceremony, the CSP Alumni Chapter was formally announced, with Ms. Saba Asghar selected as its president based on seniority. The event concluded with honorary shields presented to the officers as a token of appreciation.
