Vice Chancellor Inaugurates Renovated Ali Mardan Hall at UET Lahore with HEC Funding

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI), inaugurated the Renovation of Ali Mardan Hall at UET Lahore. The project has been funded by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) at a cost of Rs. 66,437,677/-.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir emphasized the university’s commitment to providing students with a conducive environment for learning and living. He highlighted that the renovation of Ali Mardan Hall is part of UET’s broader vision to improve academic and residential facilities, ensuring that students have access to modern, safe, and comfortable infrastructure.

The Vice Chancellor appreciated the support of the Higher Education Commission in facilitating this major development project and reaffirmed UET’s dedication to continuous improvement in infrastructure, research, and education.

The renovation of Ali Mardan Hall is expected to significantly enhance the quality of hostel facilities, contributing to better academic productivity and student well-being.
