UET Lahore Conducts Experiential Workshop ‘From Friction to Facilitation’ for Administrative Staff

The Faculty and Staff Development Program (FSDP), University of Engineering and Technology Lahore in collaboration with the QEC, successfully conducted Cohort 3 of its two-day experiential workshop titled: From Friction to Facilitation: Rethinking the Role of Administration at UET. The workshop took place on September 22–23, 2025, at Masood Hall, Electrical Engineering Department, UET Lahore.
Designed specifically for administrative staff in Grades 10–18, this interactive workshop focused on strengthening service orientation, promoting professional conduct, enhancing communication skills, and reinforcing the vital partnership between faculty, administration, and students.
This impactful initiative stands as a testament to the visionary leadership of Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI), Vice Chancellor, and Prof. Dr. Nasir Hayat, Pro Vice Chancellor, who have consistently advocated for and prioritized the professional development of both academic and administrative teams. Their unwavering commitment to cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and institutional advancement is driving UET toward global standards of academic and administrative excellence.
Heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Dr. Aneela Anwar, Director Faculty and Staff Development Program UET Lahore and Prof. Dr. Amer Aziz, Director QEC, for their leadership in executing this transformative program.
A special note of appreciation to Mr. Omayer Arshad, the workshop’s outstanding resource person, whose engaging, thought-provoking sessions left a lasting impact on participants.
The enthusiasm, dedication, and active participation of all attendees turned this workshop into more than just a training event, it became a milestone in building a more collaborative, service-driven, and facilitative culture at UET.
