Director General, Pakistan Institute of Education (PIE), Government of Pakistan, Dr. Muhammad Shahid Soroya, held a meeting with Vice Chancellor University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI).
During the meeting, both dignitaries discussed matters of mutual interest related to education, research, and institutional collaboration. They emphasized the importance of strengthening academic linkages, promoting quality education, and introducing innovative practices to enhance the learning environment in higher education institutions.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI) highlighted UET Lahore’s initiatives in research, technology development, and capacity building, while Dr. Muhammad Shahid Soroya appreciated UET’s role in contributing to the academic and industrial growth of Pakistan.
The meeting concluded with a mutual understanding to explore avenues of collaboration between PIE and UET Lahore, aimed at advancing educational standards and fostering innovation at the national level.
