The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore continued its orientation activities for the newly admitted students in Non Engineering Programs Session 2025 with the second day of the reception ceremony.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir graced the occasion with his special presence and addressed the students. Deans, the Registrar, and Heads of various academic and administrative departments were also present. During the session, students were introduced to all faculties, departments, and academic programs offered by the university.
The speakers highlighted the significance of each discipline, future career prospects, research opportunities, and strong linkages with industry. In his address, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir emphasized that UET provides world-class education and research facilities not only in engineering but also in social sciences, management, and emerging technologies.
He reaffirmed the university’s commitment to offering students an excellent academic environment along with holistic training to help them excel at both national and international levels.
The ceremony witnessed the participation of a large number of newly admitted students along with deans, faculty members, the Registrar, and administrative heads.
