UET Lahore Hosts Three-Day Training Workshop on Outcome-Based and Inclusive Education

The Faculty and Staff Development Program (FSDP) at UET Lahore, in collaboration with the Continuing Engineering Education and Training Centre, New Campus, successfully organized a three-day training workshop on “Outcome-Based, Data-Driven, & Inclusive Education” from September 3–5, 2025, at Masood Hall, Electrical Engineering Department, UET Lahore. The workshop was carefully designed to address all key aspects of teaching and learning from course planning to delivery and assessment, with a strong emphasis on equity, inclusivity, and data-driven innovation.

Faculty members actively participated in hands-on learning, interactive discussions, and practical exercises, enhancing their pedagogical approaches and fostering more meaningful learning experiences. The event was graced by the honorable Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, and Dean of the Faculty of Chemical, Metallurgical & Polymer Engineering, Prof. Dr. Naveed Ramzan. The Vice Chancellor commended this initiative, highlighting the importance of outcome-based and inclusive education in preparing future-ready graduates and aligning academia with international standards.

He emphasized that such visionary training programs are vital for enhancing teaching quality, strengthening institutional capacity, and fostering a culture of innovation at UET. Their presence inspired the participants and added great value to the occasion.
