UET Lahore Organized “Mehfil-e-Medhat-e-Rasool”

In accordance with the month of Rabi-ul-Awal University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore organized two days “Mehfil-e-Medhat-e-Rasool (PBUH)” Mehfil was comprised of different segments including Qiraat and Naat Competition, Calligraphy Exhibition, and Naatiya Mushaira. Director Student Affairs Prof. Dr. Asif Ali Qaiser, Registrar Muhammad Asif, head of departments, faculty members, and a large number of students attended the Mehfil. The event began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and was followed by a heart-touching Hamd and Naat-e-Rasool Maqbool (PBUH). Addressing the Mehfil, Prof. Dr. Asif Ali Qaiser stressed to practically follow the Quran and Sunnah which offered solutions to all problems. He emphasized to the students not to forget their base Islam and to follow the teachings of our beloved Holy Prophet (PBUH) in the true literal spirit. At the end Director, Students Affairs distributed shields among winners of all segments.
